missingWrote a review on Dec 10ideal locationfire alarmdirty room
The location was ideal for my needs, providing quick access to essential stores and restaurants.
Unfortunately, my stay was not without its troubles. The fire alarms disturbed my sleep multiple times, which was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I found dirt and debris in various places, which made me uncomfortable. Also, I encountered a recurring issue with the shower leaking after use, which did not help my experience at all.

missingWrote a review on Oct 04decent layouteffective air conditioningpoor cleanliness
The room had a decent layout that allowed for some comfort during my stay. It included a flat-screen TV with all the necessary ports. A sitting area that worked well for some downtime. Free toiletries were a nice touch, but the overall cleanliness of the room fell short. I encountered a shower that leaked, making the experience less enjoyable. The absence of front desk staff during certain hours was frustrating. I had to call for assistance, which delayed my check-in. The building had a certain odor in the hallways that made me uneasy, although my room itself was a bit more private. I really appreciated the effective air conditioning, which kept the room cool despite the heat outside. However, the dirty floors and unkempt hallway left a lot to be desired.

Disappointing Experience, Needs Urgent Attention
My family and I had a very unsettling stay. The fire alarm went off multiple times, causing sleepless nights. To add, the room lacked cleanliness and our TV remote didn’t work. With no front desk support during our stay, it only worsened our experience. Future guests should confirm safety measures.
